From new forging launch to existing process improvement, we have experienced success at the design & process level. Using
customer drawings we can design forged part progressions and their required tooling. Also very skilled at making changes to
current production tooling to increase tool life, product quality, and production volume.
Our experience with forging includes: automotive engine components, suspension components as well as consumer products.
Encompassing hot forging and cold forging with closed dies and open dies. The typical machines: multi station press, header,
screw press, lever press, hydraulic press; all being high volume precision forging machines.
